These terms govern the use of this website. They are not our terms of business for a commission — those are issued with the quotation, agreed before any deposit is taken, and take precedence over anything published here.

Prices
Prices given on this website are indicative and are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. “From £45,000” for a fitted kitchen, and “from £35,000” for freestanding furniture, describe the lowest figures at which we have recently taken a commission; they are not quotations. A quotation is fixed once issued and accepted, and remains valid for thirty days.
Photographs and drawings
Images of our work, drawings, elevations and specification documents on this site are our copyright. They may not be reproduced without permission.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current. Specifications, timbers, finishes, hardware and appliance ranges change, and a description here does not guarantee availability at the time you order. What you buy is what is written on your quotation and your approved drawings.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability arising from the use of this website is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
