Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 14 days.

Our supplier delivers to the Mickfield workshop on a Wednesday. We check every item in, and dispatch on the Thursday or Friday of the same week. For anything held in stock that normally puts delivery with you inside a fortnight of your order.

What affects the date

• Stock items — usually 14 days. The great majority of what we sell.
• Special-order items — longer, and quoted before you commit. This includes special-order tap and sink finishes, integrated and ceiling hoods, and any item the price book marks as special order.
• Extended-lead finishes — some premium finishes are made to order and can take considerably longer. We will tell you the date before you pay.
• Range cookers and made-to-order appliances — quoted individually.

Where an item will take longer than 14 days we will tell you before we take payment, and you are free to cancel at that point. In any event, and unless we agree a later date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.

How it comes

• Small items — £9.50. Taps, wastes, strainers, handles, accessories and small stainless sinks, sent by carrier.
• Larger items — £50 to £350 depending on distance from the workshop. Appliances, range cookers and ceramic or fireclay sinks are delivered by our own vehicle.
• Collection — free. From the workshop at Stonham Road, Mickfield, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 5LS.
• Some appliances come direct from the manufacturer at no charge. Where that applies it is shown on the product.

One order is charged once. If your basket holds both a tap and an appliance you pay the delivery charge for the appliance only, never both.

When it arrives

Please check your goods on delivery and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged. We are given only a short window in which to make a claim against our own supplier, so a prompt call makes the difference between a replacement by return and a longer wait.
