The Multi-zone function allows you to combine multiple cooking zones into one larger area, making it ideal for oversized pots or griddles. Bertazzoni’s latest induction cooktops deliver a streamlined cooking experience with the help of the Bertazzoni Assistant, which includes five customizable automatic programs. A temperature sensor located at the center of each cooking zone ensures flawless results with minimal effort.
Thanks to the Pot Moving feature, when you shift the pot to another cooking zone, all settings—including power level and pot size—are automatically transferred, ensuring a flexible and effortless cooking experience. 7 kW in Boost mode, the cooktop brings water to a boil faster and reaches higher temperatures—perfect for searing meat.
The highly flexible induction elements also allow for precise low-heat cooking, maintaining stable temperatures and offering ultra-quiet operation for maximum comfort.
