ILVE OV91GT31. It sits in our ovens & cooking range, where built-in cooking appliances have to work as well as they look, and be serviceable years later.
ILVE build range cookers by hand in Venice, with brass burners, cast-iron pan supports and a long list of colour and metal trim options. They are made to be specified, not bought off a shelf.
We specify and fit this alongside our own cabinetmaking, so we see how it behaves once it is in. Supply-only orders are welcome, and if you would like it drawn into a kitchen we are happy to do that too.
