What Reeve & Co is
A joinery house founded in Suffolk in 2015 by Torben Reeve, making architectural joinery for high-end residential work: wall panelling, fitted libraries, staircases, doors and windows, wardrobes and dressing rooms, gun rooms, and whole-house fit-outs.
It works for private clients, architects, interior designers and main contractors, mainly across London, the Home Counties and East Anglia, with selected work in Europe and the United States.
Square & True is its kitchen work under its own name. Nothing is different behind the two names — the same building, the same machines, the same people, the same standard.
Why it is worth knowing
Because a kitchen is rarely the only thing a house needs, and because a firm that makes panelling and staircases brings something to a kitchen that a kitchen-only company does not.
A kitchen in a panelled room has to relate to the panelling. A run of tall cupboards beside a staircase has to relate to the string and the handrail. A cornice in a kitchen has to match the cornice in the hall, which means somebody has to be able to take a section off the original and grind a cutter to it. That is ordinary work here and it is specialist work almost everywhere else.
The whole house
It is common for a kitchen commission to grow. A boot room, then the wardrobes, then the library, then the panelling in the hall. It is cheaper and better done together: one survey, one setting-out, one delivery, one fitting team, and one hand across the whole house.

Four names, one workshop
Square & True, Bryn Hall and Sporting Cabinetmakers are trading names of Reeve & Co Interiors Ltd. Old Fashioned Bathrooms is the bathroom company in the same yard at Mickfield. We keep them separate because someone looking for a kitchen, a dining table or a gun cabinet is better served by a specialist than by a category page — but the drawings, the bench, the spray shop and the fitting team are the same, so finishes match across whatever you order.
